About the Event
Kavuklu and his son set out to meet Pişekar to discuss a job offer. However, they encounter a few mishaps along the way and lose their way. Eventually, they meet Pişekar, who asks Kavuklu to serve as the neighborhood watchman. That is precisely where the real story begins, for on the planet Hemorida, robots and next-generation artificial intelligences have clashed. They sense that something is missing—something that caused the conflict—and believe that the humans who created them know what that missing element is. Commander Gosting and his team of robot agents travel back in time from the year 3015 to the era in which Kavuklu lives, realizing that the only path to peace and harmony lies in obtaining that "thing" from him. That is the moment the chaos and fun ensue, as Gosting and his men set out in pursuit of Kavuklu. This performance, which explores the balance between technology and the natural world, has been brought to the stage by the artists of the Giresun Municipality City Theater in the style of *Orta Oyunu*—a traditional form of Turkish theater.
